CRAFT GRADES

All items made in-house are given a grade based on what we determined as the quality of the piece. The highest quality pieces are given a "Grade A," meaning they have no noticeable resin bubbles or mistakes, are cleanly finished, and are aesthetically pleasing. Overall, "Grade A" pieces are those the maker has deemed a wonderful end result. "Grade B" pieces may have some resin bubbles, an insignificant mistake, and/or a small finishing error, but they are still very good finished pieces. "Grade C" items will likely have a small mistake, noticeable resin bubbles, and/or the piece may have not ended up as aesthetically pleasing as the maker would have liked. "Grade C" items would be considered good pieces.

Prices are generally reflective of the item grade.

SHIPPING COST

We use flat-rate shipping costs so you don't have to worry about being surprised with a hefty charge when you checkout! The more you buy, the cheaper the shipping. Our standard shipping costs are:

$8 for orders under $10

$6 for orders $10-$50

$4 for orders $50-$100

$2 for orders $00-$150

FREE SHIPPING on orders $150 or more!

 

Rush shipping is available for an extra cost.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will arrive 5-7 business days after ordering. Rush orders will arrive within 3 business days.

CHAMPAIGN-URBANA DELIVERY

Our business is currently based out of the Champaign-Urbana, IL area. If the address you would like your order sent to is in Champaign, Urbana, or Savoy, IL then you may select this option for delivery. We will hand deliver the items to the selected address instead of shipping the item through the USPS, saving time and money for both you and Dark Moon Loot.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally upon request. Please email satina@darkmoonloot.com or use the

contact link to send your order details to Dark Moon Loot. Once received, we will review the order and

send you an invoice including the actual shipping cost and delivery date estimate. If you'd like to

proceed with the order, you will need to follow the Paypal payment instructions included in the

email to complete the order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be sent to your account when the order is shipped. Currently all packages are shipped through USPS.

RETURNS

Unused items with all packaging and tags intact may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and any shipping cost incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the buyer.
